The 2019 funding round of the Waikato River Clean-up Trust is now open and will close on Thursday 22ndAugust 2019. The application process is only available online, however, you are able to download a Word copy of the application and work off-line prior making the application. Links to the online application and the Word document are contained below.

If you are considering making an application to the Waikato River Authority for funding please read our Funding Strategy first to check whether your project meets the funding criteria. This is available in the Key Documents section of our website. Once you are ready to write your application click on the 'Make an Application' button below. This will take you to our application page.
All applications must be made online, but it is possible to access a Word copy of the form WRA Word application form 2019
The Waikato River Authority will usually give priority to projects that that are co-funded. If you are seeking co-funding from other organisations you may wish to consider the Environmental Funding Groups list here
Health and Safety
All successful applicants must provide the Waikato River Authority with organisational and project specific Health and Safety information prior to the deed of funding being signed for their project.
